How to eat Soup Dumplings
We’ve perfected a way to eat soup dumplings that will allow you to savor
the culinary craftsmanship and premium ingredients in every bite.
Prepare dipping sauce
Pour soy sauce and vinegar into the
sauce dish. *We recommend a 1:3 ratio
of soy sauce to vinegar but we also encourage
you to find your own perfect ratio.
Transfer dumpling to spoon
Gently pick up a dumpling and place it
into a spoon using chopsticks or tongs.
Make a small opening
Take a small bite of one side of the
dumpling to release the soup and
steam within.
Add sauce & shredded ginger
Add some shredded ginger and
dipping sauce to the spoon with the
soup dumpling.
Savor the soup
Sip the meaty soup from the spoon.
CAUTION! It's very hot.
Eat the dumpling
Dip the dumpling in the sauce
you made and enjoy!
